About Omega Cleaning Services

The company owner has been in the cleaning business since 2004, bringing honesty and commitment to every job, serving families in Connecticut. With years of experience and crescent demand, she decided to expand her business by creating a company with strong values that reflect its own.

To achieve her goals she also built a team of cleaning experts selected and trained to commit to the health and wellbeing of their clients.  Actually the company operates in Connecticut especially in the areas surrounding Fairfield County serving families and business people.

Do you provide cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring our high-quality cleaning supplies to ensure an efficient and safe cleaning. If you prefer that we use your products, please leave them in a pre-arranged location. Products must have a store bought label with warnings and ingredients, for safety.

We use bleach only in the bathroom’s shower and toilets, unless you tell us you don’t want to use it anyway. In case you agree, know that our PHCs are well trained to use it safely for them and for your home.

Yes, we offer some package options. Either if you need a one-time clean or a recurring service we have the right package for you.

As much as you minimize clutter prior to your cleaning, as many surfaces we can access to clean, so you will get more value from your clean.

  • We will reach you in advance to make the best arrangement that attends your needs and the company’ schedule.
  • We will always strive to send the same cleaners but if one is unavailable, we will find a fitting replacement. Know that all our PHCs are thoroughly trained to provide consistent quality to our customers.
  • Of course, as long as you find a good spot for your furry friend and let us know how to proceed with him and how to handle different possible situations. 
  • When it happens (we know it does!), please let us know two business days prior to your scheduled appointment and we  will do our best to find another day for you. Know that last minute cancellations may incur a fee according to our policy in the Customer Guide.
  • You are the reason we built our business and your satisfaction is crucial to our growth. We monitor all cleanings in real time and you will receive a message from us within 24 hours, inviting you to rate the service and share your feedback.
  • In the event you are not happy and require immediate assistance, feel free to contact our office at (203)908-5030, and we will promptly schedule a free re-clean to address your specific concerns.

We take all safety precautions for our PHCs, but if this happens they are instructed to call the office immediately to handle the situation. Please know that we are insured and bonded for our – and your – safety and peace of mind. The same answer applies if something is broken or damaged in your house.

Even though it is not expected, we encourage the tips when they exceed expectations, as a positive stimulus for our PHCs. At our company all recognition is greatly appreciated and is also important for increasing their annual benefits at the company.
